HIGH URIC aCID , UREA & CREATININE LEVELS

I am 78yrs, a known case of Diabetes & BP both under control with flg
Medicines till May 15 - Amryl M 1, - twice a day (one after Breakfast
+1Tab after Dinner) Benitech A -1tab after breakfast only The
medicines were changed by Dr. XX as below - (A) -Amryl 1mg 30minutes
before Breakfast - Glycomet SR -500mg twice a day after Breakfast &
dinner -Benitech A after breakfast Flg Medicines were added pl (B)
Flg. Medicines were added 1st for 1mth & then continued. MONTAIR -LC
1mg (Initially has advised for 1mth only) ROZUCAR 5mg -1 -ECOSPRIN 75
Since then I am continuing above medication As per the latest Tests
got done on 12.09. 15 & earlier on 24.04. 15 except for HbA1C
remaining at 6.8 same on both the dates, there is marked difference in
other parameters as below pl. Test Value as on 24.4. 15 12.9. 15

discontinue medicines at (B)
Also what changes I should effect in my diet & home remedies to
normalise Uric Acid /Urea & Creatinine levels pl.

Dear Mr.SP Jain Long term diabetes may be affecting the kidneys thus, raising the levels of uric acid, urea and creatinine. Along with the medication strict dietary management is required. You need to have high fibre, sodium restricted diet. Thank God that your vital organs, especially kidneys are ok with creatinine 1.10 even after so much of medication. From your reports, I feel you are overdoing medicines and should cut down and if possible stop completely. There will be a great improvement in general health and organ function if you can change to organic food, start on Yoga to keep stress levels down. Having Vitamin D rich foods and exposure to mild morning and evening sunlight will strengthen the pancreas. include Turmeric and Cumin/Jeera in diet daily. .....& Be positive. God Bless more

All of us should realise that the Members of Local Circles Staying Healthy with Ayush , who seek advice from Circle are all experienced persons very much familier with the problem though it may appear new to us. They hv already explored consulting Speacilists in respective field but having not much luck seek wider exposure of their problem , with the hope , may be they get some positive answer eg Mr Amit Joshi whose daughter had the Macular Scar problem developed while still in womb , must hv explored all the possibilties in INDIA , Internet & experts outside India where Medical Science is much more advanced . The subject to most of us appears new & simple , while it is something from Birth & very complicated like Juvenile Auto Immune Scleroderma ( Morphea).
