higher pension
I worked from Jul82 to mar18 in a private company to get pension. I am still in service in that organisation. I am getting pension only 2460/-. How can I get higher pension. Pls tall me in detail. more

Dear Mohan Krishna ji, if you have tried and got the response in the manner you have mentioned, please quote with reference number in this LC for taking up with the CPFC. I believe, your problem will be solved soonest possible. more

That is why i said that EPFO is not co-operative on this.they have not up loaded it on site. EPFO wants to give no publicity to this even when you apply is gets into delaying tactics. Please visit any EPFO office & get forms. more

For the participants here I suggest that before posting your grievance here, please take up your issues with the Central Provident Fund Commissioner, at the following address: Employees Provident Fund Organisation, Head Office: Bhavishya Nidhi Bhawan, 14-Bhikaji Cama Place New Delhi - 110066. Telephone: FAX: 011-26172671, 26189910 Email: cpfc@epfindia.gov.in The advice is to first approach the zonal office addresses of whom are given on the official website of EPFO. If no response is received from EPFO office within a reasonable time, then write the grievance in detail - date-wise sequence - in the LocalCircle under "myEPF" for advice and suggestions of LC-Members. I may also mention for the information of EPF Members that the procedures of availing the facility are not easy to understand. There are specialist advocates and ex-employees of the organisations ( I do not have their list and contact numbers.) whom the EPFO members could approach for solutions. Then there are certain categories of Trusts that have certain exemptions for running EPFO Scheme. I have not been able to lay my hands on. more

If u working same organisation then u create u r UAN number yourself if not then contact me will the details I will help get the better option in pension scheme because u r coming under EPS 95 scheme u will get two pension one is company pension and another from EPFO Office more
