Highly irresponsible behavior of CROMA again

I am writing again on this forum about my experiences with CROMA.
After my first here post Mr. kunil Sir helped and wrote to the CROMA about the issue with my LED TV. After that all of the sudden I started getting calls from CROMA for the issue and as usual they promised, that best engineer will visit your home. But I think they are still hunting for the best engineer. From 6 July I am just receiving the calls, asking for the issue. But nobody took that seriously. I think CROMA is just trying to check the patience level of the customers.

My request to each and every person on this forum, please please please don't go to for CROMA at all. My personal experience is this is the worst brand I ever used. Quality is worst and on top of that the service wow that they don't even take you seriously.

This is highly irresponsible behavior of CROMA. more

we are having GODREJ washing machine one fully automatic one semi, every time they have to change the part, they take money for plastic parts to keep complaint pending but do not replace with in short time, like this they take about 2 months or more to give part to authourised agent for replacing but do not increase our AMC by that periods , once executive agreed but did not get it, there must be some limit of time like telephone if dead for more that a week time you can get refund but not automatic, you have to run after that to get, in all cases consumer has to suffer JAY HIND more  
I too have an issue with Croma. Think twice before you shop there. It may be backed up by the trusted company,but their after sales does not reflect this. more

i am also suffering by purchasing yu yureka. phone is hanging always. dialer also hand. customer care neglecting. many time the come with different solution, which doesn't work. problem still continuing. can any expert may advise / assist? more
