Highly irresponsible behavior of CROMA again
After my first here post Mr. kunil Sir helped and wrote to the CROMA about the issue with my LED TV. After that all of the sudden I started getting calls from CROMA for the issue and as usual they promised, that best engineer will visit your home. But I think they are still hunting for the best engineer. From 6 July I am just receiving the calls, asking for the issue. But nobody took that seriously. I think CROMA is just trying to check the patience level of the customers.
My request to each and every person on this forum, please please please don't go to for CROMA at all. My personal experience is this is the worst brand I ever used. Quality is worst and on top of that the service wow that they don't even take you seriously.
