can the parents of a married girl transfer their full estate to their son by creating will .some if the estate were transferred to them by gift deed executed by their parents (married daughters grand parents) more

No one has right over a man's 'self' acquired property including the wife and vice versa. Income and property are individualistic entities as per indian tax laws; that's why tax liabilities are individual in nature; and so is the arrest warrant; unless some special rules/conditions apply . One can give it to charity or to anyone one wishes and wills. The word parents is confusing since each one of them the father and mother can do whatever they wish and will with 'their share' if jointly held. Secondly since gifting is irreversible and absolute the individual receiving it can do whatever he or she likes with the property. Hence now the married daughters have no claim to it. Had the grandparents expired without a will then the questions of claim to ancestral property arise; and the succession laws apply. I am no legal person but this is my understanding after coming to know from many cases of friends and others. more

The parents cannot deprive their daughter of her inheritance rights to ancestral property through a will since this is a right she is entitled to under the Succession Law.
