Hindware-moonbow ro pathetic service n arrogant behaviour of their sales n service team
Moonbow ro hindware product worst come worst product every month i kept on changing spares. As in warranty they only replace spare parts this time total 4 main parts they need to replace but didnt replaced yet as they dont have stock i am facing this problems since 6 months. I would suggest never to buy hindware & moonbow products as this company is third grade company n provides pathetic service. So I heartly request all to not to purchase such horrible- worst product even if this is the last company manufacturer. Better buy water from ro plant nearby you. more

Your product is being used in which state. I hv some direct contact nos for Western states. This may help n save u from money n time losses. more

Why do u agree on repairs if its continuosly giving problem. You should not allow to repair n insist for replacement else refund of money. The seller is also responsible n should help in this issue. U follow the seller n demand refund ONLY, do not demand or accept replacement.Talk to area manager, regional manager from Hindware. It is the consumers right to take service n if not satisfied demand replacement or refund. Talk Loud dont be soft, people do not understand soft language. Disturb company managers on off days n late nights. Disturb their life by repeatedly calling. Keep texting n save all communications. Repeat repeat n repeat... more
