As per news paper reports, officials from NOIDA authority have started conducting meetings with home buyers and their builders together to look into home buyers' grievances . However, it seems prior information is not given to all buyers of a project regarding such a meeting. Can concerned officials of NOIDA ensure to provide prior information to all the home buyers of a project in advance of conducing such a meeting so that more and more home buyers can participate? more
Contact details of all the home buyers of any project is available with the concerned builder. Why can't NOIDA authority take those details from that builder and inform the buyers in advance of conducting a meeting with home buyers and the builder? It's just a question of writing an email or sending an SMS. more
The Builder Buyer Agreements on stamp paper are as per whims and fancies of the Builder. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THAT ALL CONSTRUCTIONS UNDERTAKEN MUST BE COMPLETED BY 2 TO 3 YEARS TIME AND POSSESSION HANDED OVER TO THE BUYER. Unless this is made mandatory the BUILDERS will continue to play with Consumers hard earned money and never deliver flats in time. This malaise in the CONSTRUCTION REAL ESTATE is the root cause of all problems. PLEASE TAKE THIS COMMENT SERIOUSLY AS I ALONGWITH MANY OTHERS ARE SUFFERERS. I appeal to the Housing Ministry and the Honourable CM SHRI YOGI TO TAKE A STERN ACTION on these errant builders. I will write a personal letter to him and if need be take an INTERVIEW with this wise man. more
Now it depends uponthe Noida authority, whichis supposedto have all builders related information and with one notice these builders can be summoned and targets fixed for handingover the possess of dwellingunitsto the buyers. The authority can give these builders a prospective date within aperiodof around 6 months, failing which they couldbe penalised, provided the authority carries the will. more
Noida Authority should include all projects of a builder to whom land was given and he has yet to complete the project and give possession of the houses. I found that a notice had been issued of meeting with a particular builder but only some of his projects were mentioned. A close watch must be maintained on the progress of the project by both the buyers and the Authority so that the possession of the houses is given by the due/promised date. more
