- Tenure: 180 months
- Interest Rate: 7%
- EMI: ₹44,941

- New Rate of interest: 10%
- New Tenure: 312 months (+132 months)
- New EMI: ₹53,730 (If tenure remains unchanged)

home loans now come at a serious cost. Feel for the common man, homeownership is now forever lost. See attached charts more

FM should look into this, other countries offers subsidies on home loan to their citizens, but here no control on hike of interest rate, we don’t want subsidies but government should control ROI strictly, to reduce burden on citizens. more  
Assure that No COMMON MAN borrows money from Banks to buy property and cars, etc. Let us not fool ourselves. We want all facilities without paying for them???? more  
We need to move away from the loan culture Why are people getting sucker into loans थे cannot afford? When people start buying property which they can afford to put atleast 50% as down payment, this will rationalize. It is our fault for falling into this trap more
