Sir; To ensure every citizen must have home, bank should co-operate to give loans to borrower by taking their affidavit of payment plan, self attested copies of maps of building proposed and estimated coast of buildings. I want to make my own home at Begusarai, Bihar but due to formalities of bankers like SBI and brokers of bank, are a great problem to borrow loans. Kindly issue a guidelines for bankers for easy process of loans for making home and a SAMANYA MANVIKI like me can be benefitted. more

Again it is a good observation from Geetha Prasad - Along with providing the modern equipments - it is necessary to build the infrastructure in such a way that they can the equipment with ease - because what I observe in our country is we are not following the standards. The corporations and their engineers and commissioners have to be educated enough - the policy maker should be educated enough - such that it is possible. And another problem I have noticed in our country is every public property created now-a-days is short lived. One structure or a facility created by a political party is not taken care by the next party comes to power - the hard earned taxpayers money is wasted....tears.. more

INDIA NEEDS TO TAKE LESSON FROM US FOR "SWACH BHARAT"-SINCEREITY AND TECHNICAL ASPECTS.LET US STOP USING THE SAFAI KARMACHARIS WORSE THAN ANIMALS.GIVE THEM THEIR DUE,GIVE THEM MODERN EQUIPMENTS AS DONE IN WESTERN COUNTRIES AND US AND TREAT THEM AS A PART OF OUR SOCIETY.BECAUSE THEY ARE DOING US THE GREATEST FAVOUR OF KEEPING OUR SURROUNDINGS CLEAN. more

APPROVAL OF THE LAYOUT BY UDA Wings OR, DTCP [PANCHAYAT/MUNICIPAL INCASE OF INDIVIDUAL SITE ] 3. BUILDING PLANS WITH COST STRUCTURE BASED ON SELF ATTESTATION AND AFFIDAVIT 4. SUBMISSION OF DOCUMENTS PERTAINING TO FREE AND ABSOLUTE OWNERSHIP RIGHTS OF THAT HOUSE SIGHT WITH ALL REQUISITE LEGAL SUPPORTINGS OBTAINED FROM REGISTRAR & REVENUE OFFICES IN CASE OF ANY THAT MIGHT BE WANTED, GOVT. HOUSING DEPT. SHALL FINALISE THE APPLICATION WITHIN 30 DAYS .THE BANKS SHALL PROCESS WITHIN A WEEK TO NOTIFY DEFICIENCIES AND SANCTION FINALLY IN 30 DAYS. more
