Horror of pass holders in reserved coaches

Pass holders are those persons who does not require to purchase unreserved card tickets daily. They may get a pass at a subsidies rates for a particular period of one or three months. As they have unreserved tickets, they are not entitled to enter reserved coaches. In the case of reserved seats/berths, one has to enter a long procedure, thereafter they can get a confirm seat/berth. Reserved seats/berths are available at a higher rates than unreserved card tickets/passes. This is the clear difference between passes and reserved tickets even then pass holders unauthentically enters reserved coaches and disturbs passengers.
Sometimes they fights for the seat and as they are in crowds, passengers of reserved coaches can not do anything except to surrender. Even TCs and security guards (if any) can not stop this nuisance. For the solutions of pass holders, railways have to add more unreserved coaches or a special unreserved coach for pass holders only .
Strict instruction should be printed on the pass that pass holders are not entitled to travel through reserved coaches. more

Anything subsidised or given for free will be misused. Make them pay the full fare, then this will stop. As you rightly said Not only the TCs/security guards the entire government machinery favours those people who misuse it, because it is much more easier to harass the public who follow the law/rule than to question the one who break it. Lol. When they want a pay hike all the unions will join hands, where are the unions & its leaders when it comes to protecting the railway property/passengers. more
In Indian Railways, the reserved AC compartments are always a free for all unprinted scheme, let the Minister travel and the suffer as we undergo so that he will give strict measures to curb the menace. more
Railways should do something to deliver neat and clean bedrolls more
Yes, strict instruction in BOLD letters that pass holders are not entitled in reserved coaches more
