It is a good decision to improve safety in driving. more
Problem arises when any guest travels in his/her own car engaging a driver instead of driving himself/herself, hotel people need to be requested separately to arrange for stay of the driver. Bringing the responsibility under the purview of law now, it has become mandatory for the hotel owners. more
This is the most unrealistic idea I have ever heard. Why do you think it is okay to mandate any such thing? You bring a driver and you pay for it. Someone has to pay the bill and it is not the hotels responsibility to take a cut. It is a private business and you have no right to mandate any such thing. more
We public hire car any pay additional amount to driver for food and night stay. Hence his expenditure of stay and food should be recovered from him and not from the public. more
driver bata if using a travel agency vehicle we have to give if staying at an overnight location. But normally we used to request the hotel and they used to oblige but if it is made mandatory then it is good and all the states should follow this. more
