Hotels.com not giving refund

I booked "OYO 2259 Hotel Olive and Blue" through Hotels.com.
I made full payment of 5699.19 INR in advance.

I received email confirmation from Hotels.com guaranteeing hotel room.
I called up hotel number provided in confirmation email. Oyo IVR reconfirmed booking.
When I went to hotel on 14-Oct-19 morning, they denied service saying they have low payment from Oyo.
I called up Oyo helpline number. Oyo, hotel staff, and myself discussed together.
Matter was not resolved, and I had lost confidence on Oyo.
So I left hotel and made own arrangements.

Now Hotels.com is not giving refund.

If anybody else faced similar issue with Oyo or Hotels.com, please share. more
