Our family’s income has reduced by 10% in last 2 years and the school in Noida has increased fees by 20% over 2 years for 2 children.
Also, rent has increased by 12% over 2 years and mobile phone expenses by 15%.
We have stopped eating put still we are dipping into savings to get by. It is just not sustainable.
Why cant rich farmers and merchants who do business without gst be taxed and middle class given relief. more

truly said the present govt talks a lot on middle class but has not done anything for the middle class salaried people to breathe.they are first of all burdened with increase in prices of everything with inflation showing nowhere in control and salary is not increasing and govt does not give any tax relief and only talks more and we are all under so much pressure and we are looking into what expenses we can avoid to make our ends meet.Govt should reduce taxes on essential commodities consumed by middle class and increase the same on sin products which the rich use.Also should increase tax limit for salaried class since they are people who are paying loyally all the taxes and business people know the loopholes and escape Crude price has come down a lot and govt should reduce the petrol/diesel price which has a direct impact on all other commodities at the earliest.When crude price increases govt immediately raises the same but when it decreases the same logic is not followed.middle class are left to themselves to fend or perish by the present FM dept more
