HOUSING FOR ALL / SWATCH BHARATH

w.r.t the above subject, would like to draw the kind attantion of Hon'ble P.M of the following points :-
01. The Plan Approval charges for construction of 1+1 floor in Bangalore has gone up to Rs. 1 Lakh (inclusive of bribe)
02. To get sanitory / water connection need to spend Rs 250/- to 600 /- sq. mt (of entire site) plus 50% of the said amount towards bribe.
03. GST has given a big blow to the House construction industry, particularly to the first time House Construction owners.
If this kind of attitude of state/ Central Govt continuous, how can we achieve the Objective of Housing for all / the Goal of Swatch Bharath..... more

Shri Gangadhar ji, all issues listed by you are STATE SUBJECTS. Still, let us list the suggestions to transform the present situation for betterment of public. more
Sarmaji, but the media is very careless about this core issue, is it not strange? more
S.C. mandated education, shelter and earning facilities decades back while identifying the laps decades back more
Kothandapani, you are very right as these are all election stunts n nothing else. I would say the government is being run by the media, print as well as TV. The people who are educated n know how the governments are run know very well what is happening in the government as all inexperienced people are sitting in the government. IAS officers are the same with the same attitude devotion n work culture because they are taught to work in such a way without any interference. An officer in Haryana government was transferred 51 times in his 24/25 years service but nothing has changed for him though the present regime had criticised when yhey were sitting in the opposition. But now they are ruling the state n state is run by proxy. No body has questioned why an honest officer is being transferred for so many time then you expect from such officers. How the GST has been implemented you have an eye opening example of mishandling of its implementation. The rates were changed for so many times and even now that finance miniter says we expect few more changes to be made, it is not the sign of good governance. The decision are taken once taking into account all the aspects n problems expected out of the decision are properly visualise N then the decisions are taken. Governance is no done boy changing the nomenclature of the departments, changing the name of the schemes, rule be threat is never successful in this age. GOD BLESS INDIA THE SO CALLED BHARAT. more
Procedure and documentation both need to be made easy with minimum interface with authorities is need of the time. Further, presence of vigilance at vulnerable places like Registration can be effective. State governments generate lot of revenue yet no automation has taken place. more
Mr. Bhatia, there is a big nexus among politicians, govt. officials and Goons as well as land Mafia, Media has to high light this, is it not ? more
I do not see any wrong in imposing good penalties. The cities are crowded,no water no electricity.Geo tagging property with adhar is a necessity to plan for traffic, water electricity etc. more
There is no other go to the Governments since they cannot stop due to Acts in life . more
Swaach Bharath and House for all these are only election trend that's all more
