Dear Sri Mishra, While It is well nigh impossible to make out anything in detail, your grievance seems to be consumer representative is not a member of the policy consultation. Instead of displaying negativism, you write in simple terms that consumer representative/s, as the desire may be, with clearly laid down qualifications should be part of the team to be consulted for policy formulation. Please be a facilitator and not a cribber. please be a part of the solution and not a propagator of problems and gloom. more

Yes, it is rightly noticed that it is one sided decision for the mutual benefit of industry n Govt agencies. Atleast they would have invited consumer forums n legal feternities. more

When a citizen/a consumer has not been included in any policy making consultation which is going to affect him, is undemocratic and violation of his right. Unfortunately the ignorance and indifference of most of the citizens has been an advantage for vested interests. more
