How Covid has changed sleep patterns

Thanks to all the members who participated in the sleep survey 2022. COVID infection, the pandemic and the anxiety associated with it has impacted sleep in multiple ways. Below link has the full survey report and is enlightening:

1 in 4 Indians surveyed is getting less than 4 hours of uninterrupted sleep

What is concerning is as follows:
52% Indians surveyed are saying their sleep pattern has changed post pandemic
1 in 2 Indians surveyed is getting less than 6 hours of uninterrupted sleep daily
