HOW DO WE WAKE UP AT DAY BREAK WITHOUT AN ALARM ?

The diffused sunlight that comes trough the window stimulates CORTISOL the hormone , that wakes us up automatically . Also if we don’t sleep in a noise tight A/C room the calls and hums of birds.

The question of mask helping us not to be disturbed by Cortisol comes to people who work in shifts . Western tourists who come from places where sunlight is rare during some parts of the year wear the Mask to sleep in the trains .

Even Indians are getting into the habit as working in shift system is in vogue . more

There perhaps is another factor which makes itself felt when we grow in years. People above 80 or so may find it rather difficult to maintain a night sleeping cycle of their choice. more

Thanks for the information. But I tend to concur with Sri Parsa Vijay Rajeswara Rao. I generally get up at appointed time without alarm or sunlight without much effort except registering it in my mind. more  
As per life style the body gets tuned to Certain amount of sleep. I sleep at 10.30 PM and I wake up at 0530 hrs to 0600 hrs AM as habit since Biological clock got set more  
Do you also have a nap in the afternoon sir ? more
