How GST Deposited or collected by Govt agency ?

When I pay Tax (TDS) for my income, I came to know that it is received by the govt from income tax website. It contains both Who deposited and on behalf of whom.

Education Cess + Sec and Higher Educ Cess

After receiving of 67% (30% + 2% + 1%) of my salary/income, i started again paying GST in a tune of 28% on my every day purchase.

1. Why not GST come under 30% of Income tax slab. What ever GST i paid should be refunded back to individual acount. Because I pad Tax. GST should be collected who not paid the tax.

2. If i pay the GST, It should be reflected in my name and Who is paid on my behalf should be reflected.

3. If a person wants to pay GST on his own purchase , should be allowed to pay (where GST is not deducted at the time of purchase) . Like you pay tax for other income.

So we are using 40% of our income and rest is used by somebody who is more fortunate then Me....... more

I don't know how qualified or Literate is Mr. Arun Patro.... I wish there was more information about him. Mr. Patro, it seems you know absolutely nothing about GST and the purpose for which it was introduced. By the way, how many items do you purchase in a year that have a GST level of 28%? In anyway, it does seem that you do not even pay your income tax honestly. VERY UNFORTUNATE.......... more
