Dear Deepak, Suman & Santhosh, Passport, driving license (some states), PAN & AADHAR are the services already outsourced. You can take a contract from the agency which is doing that in your area. If you get such details, please share with me "hegde.santhosh@gmail.com; As we know , the normally PAN Card service could be like helping needy person in small town/city with computerized application and sending the required document to their Pune office and get the Cards mailed back to your office address/Permnent address of person whose name the PAN Card made . Adhar is handled by Local Government or Municiple Corporation, and check their web site . more
