How MRP is flouted on ecommerce
Oral B toothbrush.MRP is 138 but sale price is listed as 150. That too by amazon company cloudtail itself. Will legal metrology take action for such flouting? more

In an ideal situation the Legal Metrology officials should take action on such complaints brought to their notice through such social media. However, the ground reality is that even if they take action on directed complaints, one should feel grateful. Not taking action even on directed complaints has brought the industry to continue fleecing consumers with unfair business practice. Nevertheless we keep on directing the complaints instead of hoping that someone will be taking action suo-motto. more

For goodsake dont buy any of these mnc products as they not only cost more but make our local products loose their share !! and secondly we socalled well educated are fools and the moment we heard shopping yatra with heavy price discount immediately without second thought order for more products than actuals !! these mnc's are nothing but old british raj policy make people fool saying their price is low and after shopping in big malls/online their bill says you saved somuch !!! but in actual have lost that much !! more

There are advertisements from corporate, online sellers and also from big department stores saying that the market price is such and such and our price is much lower and buy immediately our products. Actually the market price quoted by them is arbitrary and they advertise to sell their wares. In India all are attracted towards discounts and when there is an offer saying the prices are discounted we rush in and buy them even if we do not need them immediately. Hence it is wise to check the prices in market and buy them if they are genuine and original if offered on discount. more
