How paytm is quoting wrong mrp

Example shared with me by a relative. Mrp displayed on paytm 5995 but in reality mrp only 3995,

This is most common ecommerce fraud. Cant their be a simpler penalty for this?

Cant legal metrology raid paytm sellers warehouse basis this or they are just not willing to take action? more

The problem is that Paytm or any other site will not accept the responsibility and will simply pass on the responsibility to vendor. But the website belongs to Paytm in this case, so legal action should be taken against Paytm. more
