how pension is calculated

can I get feed back from some one on how pension is calculated?suppose if a employee has accumulated 10 lacs in his Pf account then how his pension will be calculated on monthly basis?will he get some cash also in hand after retirement? more

PF and EPS membership is different. your pension calculation is calculated on last 12 months salary (Pension wages- upto September 2014) and last five years average pension wages from September 2014 onwards (max salary 15000). And no cash in hand after retirement more  
You may see the website about family pension and after death of parents everything is given with full clarity. more  
Please some experts confirm that for all EPF accounts holders same method is applicable for calculation of pension. Is it based on last drawn monthly basic or basic plus DA or avg of last few months or what? Will same amount be received each month till death of the accont holder? After death of the account holder will his/her wife/husband continue to receive the pension? After death of both what happens? Request exprts to pls clarify these for the benefit of many. more

sir, i am not clear, my clarification sought regarding how the pension calculation done for a person whose basic is 10000 da 3000 as of 1st nov-2015 from nov 1991 he is working and the age as of nov 2015 is 52 yrs, 2. our co-worked people who got retirement in june-2015 is getting only rs.2100/pm after retirement-60yrs as pension and what is the other type of pension say take our pension earlier or later of retirement,how the retirement money can be invested to help retired people which will be tension free and helpful and beneficial also.. more
