How private firm employee get their full and final

Kindly guide me , who is right govt. agency to support and help of private firm's employee to get their full and final with gratuity amount, when that firm employer not readily agree to give even after many request calls and email to MD. of that company ? more

For any due from your employer, you can take guidance from the respective labour department of your area. For not getting gratuity file an application in 'FORM N' This form is available in internet under Payment of Gratuity Act. If your case is as simple as you have told, you can condict the case. No need for an advocate. more

There is special Act namely "Payment of Gratuity Act 1972." wherein relevant provisions and information is provided - like how to calculate, How to apply, if not paid the alternate remedies etc. You can initiate the course of action along with others for other dues. more
