This post has generated enough and more comments. The General Manager or his immediate subordinates can do nothing about it. I think the cleanliness drive is passed on to Private players or IRCTC. But they are like kings in Indian Railways as there is no responsible supervision over them. As a result the tailend services are shabbily done as in the picture. What will that last grade worker know about the bad effect of what he is doing in the long run. It is the immediate supervisor to be be pulled up.
