Social media is good in a democratic country. It should be properly used to vent the feelings sequences& plight by the citizens. As it is recently developed in India it has got its own plus and minuses. more

Social media is. necessary evil. I have used social media effectively to raise customer service issues and get them resolved. When a public grievance is posted on social media, the company immediately responds abd requests me to use their inbox for discussions. This has been very effective for issue resolution and feedback to them. more
