How to activate my UAN account

I have tried a couple of times to activate my UAN account in portal, it showing mismatch. My UAN, PF & MOBILE NUMBER comes out to be mismatch, please guide me through more

Dear, This error happens because your UAN number is not correct request you to check your UAN status in portal by using PF account number. In url www.epfindia.com select "for employee" select "know your UAN status" enter the details required you will get the correct UAN number linked with your PF account number. more
