how to cencle claim made online
I am facing issue with PF transfer; I have applied online for my PF fund transfer request on 08/01/2016 through my previous employer which is still pending.
My previous employer is not ready to approve the claim without my presence and making unnecessary nuisance. For me it’s not possible to present in their office and make the work done because it’s remote and Naxalite area of Odisha state (this is the reason I left the job).
Now my present Employer is having the digital signature and I would wish to transfer my PF through my present Employer but the system is not considering the request as I have made the same request through the previous employer.
I need some guidance to resolve the case.

Hi In July 2015 submitted Form 13 to transfer my EPF account.But till date it's not done though I received message from EPFOH that account transfer is approved by old office and payment is under process in August 2015. Can anyone guide me what I can do in this situation. more

Dear Mr. Himanshu Singh Could you please elaborate details for filling the physical form for transfer Form-13 (Revised), because the same I have been done but has been rejected with the massage :- rejected since your present employer has not yet submitted the joining particulars in Form-5&10 through the ECR. I couldn’t apply online through my present employer because at that time he didn’t get the digital signature. If the transfer is not possible than how can I withdraw my PF. more

Practically, there is no option available for cancellation of transfer request already made online. However, it will get rejected after some days, automatically. The only option left with you is to follow the traditional method of PF transfer i.e. by filling the physical form for transfer Form-13 (Revised) and get it attested by your present employer and send it to your previous company with Form-5. Please send it in triplicate i.e. 3 copies. Let me know, if you have any queries in this regard. more

Firstly, why you had applied for transfer through your previous employer? Transfers should always be through the present employer. Secondly, the area is remote and naxalite prone is a lame excuse. Further your previous employer wants you to be there before approving/forwarding the application and you feel it is a nuisance. The reaons give by you are not convincing and cannot be appreciated. Any how, you may apply in Form-13 in physical mode and forward it to the concerned EPFO through the present employer. Transfer will be affected within 45 days. more
