How to check out if buiders pays out GST

When we book THE apartment builder collects service tax and VAT etc and now GST. How to check and find out whether builders pays out tax to govt as it is or not. When ask the builder to give proof payment of tax they say they deposit tax and its consolidated covering all buyers tax for all their projects in multiple progress stage and its not possible to give any proof of payment of GST TO INDIVIDUAL CUSTOMER. THIS ISSUES I AM HAVING WITH A WELL KNOWN REPUTED BUILDER WHO ARE UNDERTAKING VERY PRESTIGIOUS APARTMENT BUILDING AND TECH PARKS ETC ALL OVER BANGALORE. VERBALLY THEY SAY HAVE A TRUST.
WHAT TO DO FOR IN THIS SITUATIONS.

Like how a buyer pays 1% IT after deduction from total consideration. The buyer should deduct GST from the total and pay it him/herself with details of the builder. This will make it fool-proof. more  
Under GST , when the Returns are filed & ITC is claimed it is mandatory to mention the amount collected by wat of GST or PDF deducted with the names, date, invoice nos. etc. & it is reflected online, which can be easily read by the person who has paid. Earlier it used to take time as the securitiny was done may be after 3 or 4 years but now every month we can see it online & if it is not shown then point can be raised with the Builder or so to say any defaulter. If the Builder has not taken registration for GST, which is very unlikely then action can be taken & the Builder can be forced to take registration or return the deducted amount. more

in Bangalore may be many of the people affected having paid taxes To the builders and builder either did not paid the tax to govt., or detained some amounts out of it as his margin and certain amount to govt revenues. in this situations since there are chances of scam frauds corruptions to take place in between the builders authorities etc., etc its better to change the system entire modus operand i and introduce the system of deduction of tax at source and let the deducted tax payable to govt by the deductors with in days from the date of deductions. its like income tax TDS tax deduction at source systems more

When you are paying any amount to builder you are deducting 1% TDS on each payment. When service tax GST scrutiny is carried out the service tax Department checks TDS deducted and compares it with turnover declared. Otherwise, there is no way to determine whether tax collected has been deposited or not. more  
Such tax, which has been recovered from the customers but not deposited is to be recovered from the builder with interest @24%. more
