How to fight corruption in Government departments and bring nationalist thoughts in the minds of Government employees

It may sound an uphill task to implement but it is possible and will do wonders for the nation. One can't ask the present employees to do it but new recruitments in all Government departments, even in States should be made to do 6 month attachment with Indian Army in field areas, it should be for IAS, IPS, every cadre from peon upwards, it will make them understand the problems of defence, will bring in them sense of pride, it will teach them the importance of honesty and they may stay straight after that, in the event of war, ready reserves will be there to support the war effort. In just 10 years nation will find the change in the working of Government servants more

I have the complete blue print for it,Modiji can do it, if it is brought to his knowledge, more
I am not sure if Govt employees are the only problem. For my passport renewal in Gurgaon, I needed to get 2 police clearance certificates due to transfer. Neither the passport office, nor the 2 police chowkis demanded money, did the clearance in 2 days each. But TCS (Tata Consulting), who had made a fatal error in the new passport, kept on dodging for 15 days, I had to cancel my foreign trip! Moral: Private sector is much worse than public sector, only we do not come to know about it. more
who will implement major samra gurdeep singh ji recommendation ...nobody in this govt has the guts or the brains more
Use of monitoring CCTV cameras, inside and around offices should be adopted. Cases of supperession of files by staff be dealt sternly. Time limit of 3 days be given to officers to dispose off their files. Work shirkers as well as the corrupt must not be given public dealing seats. more
