How to get Ownership if Court decree delivery was not taken for a long time more than 12 yrs.The illegal Owner claimed the ownership and Court said that your petition had no right and because the others were in position .All Respective Would you Help me please .we are fighting the case from 2006 onwards finally lost.Previously won the decree on 1988.Please Sir help us .We had given that one as gift to my Aunt,who is deaf and dumb ,on behalf of her we fought but we have lost.My Uncle had expired on 2006 due to Healthy Problems more

1. You have to write down the actions you/your Family took to have the decree executed since 1988 . Many times it happens that the Decree holder resides far from the area where decree to be enforced . Decree enforcement also depend upon the lawyers, Police and the Court of that place where the decree to be enforced . 2. There might have been your efforts both in writing , payment of Charges , presence and urge to Police and Court . you have to not down these also . You may need to get them from records even now if at all your men had tried for execution of decree . 3. If you have enough reasons and Evidents , you can once again move the Competent Court to re consider the issue of unexecuted decree . 4. You need a lawyer of enough experience and hold to lead the issue please . more

i think there lies two fold querry
(a) if you allow someone to remain in hostile occupation for more than 12 yrs i.e 12 yrs one day you lost right of ownership and get autoliy became owners in such case if is better you forever forget righ then after
(b) if you get decree for possession and does not execute it for 12 yrs yr decree because paper decree but you can still file fresh suit that after 12 yrs he is in wrongful occupation even now more
