Since year 2000 iI have applied for voter ID ten times, but, to my utter dismay, even today, I have not received the voter ID card. The one received by me carries of my neighboring building, with the name of my late father and stuck photograph of mine. Tell me , how our election Commission of India and their staff works.I lost my interest in obtaining voter election card because because of the careless handling of the public, by the responsible staff. more

for both my children as and when they reached 18 yrs i had applied for voter id card by taking them to the camps conducted by the govt for enrolling new voters, who attained 18 yrs. they had taken the photograph themselves, aadhar card for photo identity and address proof. nothing happened. then i went and submitted photograph and aadhar card again. nothing happened. then the staff appointed by the municipality came for verifying the voters list. they were also told about my children. they took all the information. but still nothing happened. looks like i have to file a case in court to get the childrens voters icard. then they say people are not taking interest, such a poor turn out for elections. mumbai registers only 40% or less. i think this department of the govt is the slackest department. they need not be employed at all. they don't pay 1% interest also in their job. fukkad mein khate hain. more
