Indeed its a good initiative but unless tere is civic sense nothing gona we get as we desire. Recently I visited Hyderabad in Koti area. Entire main road of 2 km there are more than 6-7 pubic conviniences run by 'Walmici welfare association' say its pay toilets but people openly without any shame piss on the main road touched footpath and overcrowded area has taken this gesture as part of normal life. ????????????????? more

There is no use of such campaigns if we don't have proper mechanism to process the waste. Its simply shifting it, you are just delegating the problem, not solving it. more
Lone member in any area cannot do all these things. There must be a group of people who can organize these things collectively. The members located in same area should join hands & do these things. Secondly doing all these things is like full time job. How much free time people get in their day to day life. For once such thing can be organized. Then what? Why till now the responsibility is not put on civic employees whose main duty is to keep the city clean for which they are paid salaries. Citizens can only cooperate to make it clean but main responsibility is of civic dept. Hold the mayor, corporation, corporator, MLA, MP responsible if there is any garbage on the road. Teach civic sense to the road side vendors or else do not allow him to sit on the road. Penalize who disobey the rules.       more
