how to loose weight

my wife has gained weight after pregnancy which is not going down even after eating less.can anyone suggest proper diet and exercise to reduce weight.basically how reduce weight.is there any type of diet control?or some exercise.please do suggest more

Just put into practice the following three things: 1. Start taking double toned milk. 2. Eat everything but only till its taste is there, then stop. 3. Eat as less of chapati as possible. And finally stop taking food outside. more

Dear, First thing first- 1. Get early in morning and go early to bed in evening (before 10.30 pm) 2. Eat regularly with sufficient quantity (eating less will increase your weight). 3. Avoid taking water immediately after meals (better lukewarm warm water after 15-20 mins of meal) 4. Join a Yoga class immediately. Thanks, Krishna more
