By doing this hand grip exercise using towel, in combination with low-salt diet and aerobic exercise, you will eventually see a decrease in your blood pressure naturally right in the comfort of your home. For best results, the thickness of the towel should be enough so your thumb won't be touching the rest of your fingers while squeezing the towel tight.

Many suggestions are to put something more even a medicine. Why? It is better to reduce something you are eating to reduce that bulging belly, widening hips and swelling faces. It will help you save your health and money both. In the meantime keep on monitoring BP because This silent enemy is like a terrorist, which can cause damage of unspecific magnitude, at unspecified portion of your body. Be careful dot let your belly bulge. The measure of your waist shd be ideally 75% of your chest but if that is difficult keep it lower by a few centimeters at least. Dr G L Moondra more

Dear Sri. Mohit Pande, There are several You Tube videos claiming various cures for diseases like high BP, Diabetes and many more. When one hears them, it is very convincing. But unfortunately we do not know the truth. If matters are so simple why do more people practise and benefit from those cures. Is there any way I can get in touch with such people and correspond with them and if necessary talk with them to convince myself about the efficacy of such methods? svs more  
Its very simple. Learn the basics of Pranayama and Hand Yoga Mudras. The approximation of fingers making mudras, just as in Indian classical dance postures, creates energy circuits that can stimulate different parts of the body and heal many diseases. It is also very beneficial to relax the mind, as for example in the gnyaana mudra/ gyana mudra usually done in meditation. It would be advisable to regularly practice these mudras, for general health. For particular disorders it should be done under the guidance of one who has basic knowledge of these mudras. The towel technique shown in the video is similar to the practice of yoga mudras.. more  
If we can reduce the blood pressure in this way it will be very good for millions of people who suffer from high blood pressure .If you are suffering from high blood pressure please be very careful doing any exercise .Doing any exercise will increase the blood pressure for the time being .High blood pressure is the cause of most of the heart attack. So if you do this particular exercise please make sure that your blood pressure is normal before you start exercise and after . Make sure do not go very strenuous .I also know that certain yogic exercise also reduce high blood pressure as long as you do it .But we have to essentially understand that all these effects are not uniform to all .For some one it will do good and others it will effect badly .We have to make sure ourself that it effect us in a better way or other wise .If you do simple meditation every day it will surely bring down high bp and do many other good .It has no strain but only sit with concentration .If any one wanted to know this simple meditation I can help . more
