How to reduce HbA1C

My HbA1C is 7.2.About one year back,it was 6.3 I am 75.I usually take tea without sugar. No coffee or milk.Very little of sweets.Due to health reasons,I am not able to exercise or go for a walk.I normally take Capsules of Karela-Neem combination whenever I take sweets.I take chapatis with daal or subzi& very little of rice.Pl suggest how to control it.I check at home also, fasting sugar ranges between 104-110.Somehow I am not able to check PP. Random blood sugar is mostly less than 160.Some readings do fall between 160-200. more

LCHF diet is Low Cholesterol, High Fiber diet. more
My suggestion would be to adopt LCHF diet. It works wonders for managing diabetes and dependence on medicine reduces drastically. more
It is requested that this circle should not suggest medication. The aim of this circle should be to spread awareness about diabetes - i Causes, ii) symptoms, iii) its adverse effects, iv) diet control, and v) physical exercise. Medication should be strictly under medical supervision, as it differs from person to person, and life style of every individual. more
