How to reverse fatty liver without medicines

Lets reverse Fatty liver , Pre-diabetes, Pre-Hypertension, PCOD, Obesity

Taking dinner earliest
Then making a walk just before sleep
Then go to the bed empty stomach.

In the morning, hitting the gym or running , again with empty stomach ( take more water , salt , may add lemon & black coffee )

This schedule is an ultimate killer of fatty liver .

And this will irritate some people because it is free of cost it will kill business.

Human race was doing this & intermittent and long fasting by default till 40/50 years back , for almost 2.5 million years .

And they never faced obesity and fatty liver .

Its not a rocket science, try it for 6 months. Do it . more  

Yes fasting is helpful in recovering from many diseases including fatty liver. Ancient wisdom and modern science both supports this theory. Exercise and healthy living and food habits would surely help. more  
Healthy food and disciplined life style can reverse any ill in health to a good health. One has to keep a firm belief on it for sometime to experience the outcome. more  
Eating healthy food viz. More vegitables is one decision. Avoid non veg foods, deep fried street foods, spicy and oily foods. Drink luke warm water in empty stomach. Incase of acid reflex Take a lemon peel and two inch long ginger. Chop them in small pieces. Boil in 200 ml water. Filter and consume in empty stomach. To control sugar, take 100 grams red pumpkin, wash and eat in empty stomach. Take randum sugar one earlier before commencement of pumpkin and test randum suger every 8th day. Difference will be chearful. Incase of PCOD, PCOS, fibroids, consume one glass ashguard juice and yoga and exercise related to BP., knee pain, varicos vain issues related exercises may be performed. more
