Eating healthy food viz. More vegitables is one decision. Avoid non veg foods, deep fried street foods, spicy and oily foods. Drink luke warm water in empty stomach. Incase of acid reflex Take a lemon peel and two inch long ginger. Chop them in small pieces. Boil in 200 ml water. Filter and consume in empty stomach. To control sugar, take 100 grams red pumpkin, wash and eat in empty stomach. Take randum sugar one earlier before commencement of pumpkin and test randum suger every 8th day. Difference will be chearful. Incase of PCOD, PCOS, fibroids, consume one glass ashguard juice and yoga and exercise related to BP., knee pain, varicos vain issues related exercises may be performed.
