How to transfer my PF account
I am facing issue with PF transfer; I have applied online for my PF fund transfer request on 08/01/2016 trough my previous employer which is still pending.
Again I have applied offline for the same and submit the form-13 to SRO-Rourkela (my previous PF office) though my present EPF-SRO-Bhopal, that has been rejected without any reason.
I registered a Grievance for the same, I got the reply: Your claim for transfer has been rejected since your present employer has not yet submitted the joining particulars in Form-5&10 through the ECR.
I discussed for the same to my present employer admin he has done all the joining formalities by his end; I need some guidance to resolve it.

When an employee join a new company organisation, he has to submit Form-11 ( link http://www.epfindia.com/site_docs/PDFs/Downloads_PDFs/Form11Revised.pdf ) to his employer for uploading online to the EPFO Database. If UAN has not been alloted, the employee have to submit ADHAR, Bank Account Number, PAN to the employer. The employer is also supposed to upload digitally signed data about the employee like name, fathers name, date of birth, date of joining the current company etc. In your case it seems that your employer has not uploaded the digitally signed data about you. Please ask your employer to upload the same. Please ask your employer to give you EPF passbook. The same also can be downloaded if you have UAN ( Link :http://uanmembers.epfoservices.in/ ). If you look carefully, your data like date of birth, date of joining the current company must be missing from the EPF Passbook. more

forgot to mention, take all possible documents with you all 3 forms one copy each and get stamped on photo copy of all forms with received. more

I will give u a frank advise. Go to your previous employer and ask for Form 5, Form 10, get some 4 copies each of same signed in original. Also, get 4 copies of form 13 signed and Go to EPFO of previous organization and submit it manually. And while you submit it manually ensure you first speak to Commissioner or any of his subordinate if you go to office and say i need to meet commissioner. You may need to take some leaves, but it will be worth it. more
