How to use Alsi/Flax seeds in daily meal, Good for lowering cholesterol
Hi all, heard that Alsi/Flax seeds are very useful in lowering the cholesterol, any suggestions how we can use this in our daily meals? I mean should we add this while preparing vegetable or we can use it in some other dish.. I bought a packet but not been able to use..Seeking advise. more

flax seeds have omega-3 fatty acids which reduce cholesterol and helpful in protecting heart disease .alternately, u may take omega-3 fatty acids in tablet form for the same benefit. more
Thanks Ashok, checked the recipe on Sumlimepalate, wonderful. Infact I was thinking to add some dry fruits with Flax seeds, crush everything and coat it with sugar 'Chashni'. We can make sweet ladoo of this. But I found sublimepalate solution better. Thanks for sharing. more
