HP Printer ink very expensive 20-30 prints only

Dear Sir,

I have bought a printer in 2011 of H.P. (Hewlett Packard) Deskjet F4488 Company and after buying it I found that its ink is very expensive costing me around 800 Rs and giving me just 20 -30 prints with black ink. I think black ink should not be more then 10 to 20 Rs. and with a device it should cost just 40 to 50 Rs only. This is pure harassment by the company as India is great but a poor country inhabited with 132 Crores of people and most of them are below poverty line why these blood sucker companies filling their own pockets by sucking blood of poor people in the form of money. Please do something and stop such kind of people from doing something terribly wrong and ask them to reduce cost of ink so that we can use our own printer instead of using printers from market. What is use of buying a printer when its prints are too expensive which can't be taken care off.

Thanks with best regards.

learn to refill the cartridge yourself. good ink bottle cost 200 rs and you can use it for 6 months to one year after refilling more
Either low cost laser printer or little expansive Epson printer with INK TANK is better alternative. Laser refilling with toner costs as low as Rs.150/- to Rs.200.00 giving large qty of prints. Epson color inkjet printer with INK TANK is best and cost effective. It gives around 1500 to 2000 prints. I had bad experience with HP printer. Now I am using EPSON Tank printer. Please see the details in through search engine. more
HP sells inkjet printers for the cost of Cartridges. Once you purchase a printer you become a culprit and then keep paying them through your nose. All manufacturers are doing same thing. They have found all loop holes to sell any thing in this country and know that the Govt. can not intervene. Inkjet printers are not for home use. Manage a little and get your prints at some print shop. Do not purchase any inkjet printer. If one can afford go for a Laser printer. more
