Hurdle for AAP to win over south India
I was in Tamil Nadu in the third week of December. I met a few local people. There was certain degree of curiosity about AAP. I explained its singular motto of cleansing the system and polity from corruption, bringing in transparency and accountability in all citizens in general and public servants in particular. The worrying part is that the Hindi name of the AAP appears to be alien to southern people. The party may note this unfamiliar terrain and make over it. There must be a strong focus and drive in south and east including north east. Shri Prashant Bhshan ji is possibly jumping the queue with his remarks on K. The party must have a single voice on all sensitive issues. It may count on us, we the self-less service-minded volunteers and supporters. Jai Hind. more

Husain saheb, You are right. The new vocabulary of aam aadmi will become household name even in Tamil Nadu in due course of time. I agree with you, corruption and exhortion in one form or another has become a national disease. Unfortunately, people have almost lost hope till AAP was invented. let us work to reignite the hope in aam aadmi. Jai Hind. more

Mr Chakravarti, You may be right with your incident, but my experience was different. I came back from my Kerala vacations and the hotel owner in Munnar knew about AAP. He said very candidly that if AAP comes to Kerala it would win for sure since the common people are very frustrated with the existing parties. He quoted one repeated incidence that the *opposition party* workers take *Party Fund* of Rs 10k every fortnight from him and he is forced to do so otherwise they will damage his property... so there is good hope because of the current parties' way of working... more

AAP is not prepared with its Blue Print at National Level I also, think that AAP are also, not ready with final blue print for execution at NCT level Home work has not been done! Haste makes waste Extensive care is required more

We are all good intentioned people wanting to help others but don't know how and where. A common pool can be formed and volunteers should give their phone numbers and area of expertise/knowledge/sources. For example those knowing procedures of getting driving license and other work in transport office can give their contact number for people to approach them. Similarly for voter ID card, FIR, ration card, problems in electricity supply companies so on so forth. This is one suggestion. Others can give other such suggestions. Like this we will have a full database. more
