Hurdles
No doubt Modi jee is serious to take the country forward. For Start up & MSME sector , a Policy circular No:(2)(1) 2016-MA dated 10.03.2016 issued by MSME Ministry & F 20/2/2014-PPD(Pt.) dated 25.07.2016 were issued.To maintain Quality, all other riders were removed. To hide failures & inefficiency moreover to keep MSME sector & start up units away , Ministry of AYUSH inserted a unique condition stating either the unit should have WHO GMP or AYUSH premium Mark in procurement vide communication No: Z 28015/32/2016-H&D Cell dated 15.06.2016. WHO GMP is applicable for exporters and AYUSH Primium Mark has nothing to do with Quality,efficacy/safety it is like a external audit which was already undertaken by GMP certified Companies.All such officers who are creating hurdles in Government progressive Policies should be warned and removed. Government should set up high standard Laboratories to test metals/minerals toxicity and genuineness which is basic ingredient used in Ayurveda and arrange availability of pure/genuine raw material for Industry. There should be premium Mark on Raw Material instead of Finished Product. Quality Raw Material will produce Qualitative finished product of International standard.Innovative product backed by documentary evidences and certified by Independent Competent Authority should be given preference in Public Procurement. more
