This is true. I also feel the morality of people has gone down using the law for selfish use. The law should not be biased towards either wife or husband. All attempts should be made to improve the moral level of people to utilize the law in its spirit more

The newly developed attitude of individual freedom , liberties and rights since last Ten years and the 2 prominent Supreme court judgments [ one is qualifying a right of a Female to associate in residing with a Male to select her Life partner whether could relayed for life long lead ] [ the second is qualifying a Female Spouse to get diverse if her Married Husband insists Sexual intercourse when she do not wish consent at her Will & Freedom of living ] added with the property Share appropriation/ provision from the Female's Father before her Marriage , amidst the inevitable life lead away from the Indian Family System , only is creating some sort of egos , superiority and inferiority complexions and , the balancing mind in a Family which leading to many sorts of ills in the Indian Families of just only 10 to 15% . more
