such heinous crime should be condemned in every possible way , so that the message goes out loud and clear to would be perpetrators, that such acts will not go unpunished , preventions can take place with good police patrolling in notorious areas , ladies who work late and who go home alone should be provide the local police station mobile number so that they can ask for immediate help , changing mindset of youth is another way more

My suggestion is as as follows to prevent the occurrence of assault of females and children: (1) Each police constable may be supplied with software similar to what is supplied to Uber Taxi operators for receipt of complaint and the location wherefrom the complaint has come, (2) Every member of public and particularly females and children may install the software for sending complaint and the location from which it has come. (3) The complaint may be received by all the policemen within the locality from which the complaint is received.(4) The police constable should then within five minutes reach the person/child who complained and do the rescue as justified. more

An extremely shocking incident. More details are expected to be revealed by the police in the evening. We have a dumb good for nothing Home Minister and we know why he is there. Hyderabad police is among the worst in the country whether it is traffic management or ensuring following of traffic rules. If you go to Chennai or Bengaluru you will find that almost 99% of two wheeler drivers and pillion riders wear helmets. In Hyderabad despite repeated warnings from the High Court hardly any two wheeler drivers wear helmet. The reasons are well known. The Centre suggested imposition of heavy fines for not following traffic rules. Hyderabad police do not follow it for reasons of vote bank politics. There are several road accidents taking place daily in Hyderabad and nearby places including the ORR. No action is taken . Unless you have a more active Home Minister who knows what is happening around him nothing will change. Sri. Sajjanar the current Commissioner of Cyberabad Police is known to be a tough ,efficient official. I am shocked these crimes are perpetrated under his nose. more

The culprits should be burnt to death in public... It's high time. Let the people or rather the victims' parents be given the opportunity to burn these culprits in public glare so that other culprits don't even dare to think of such acts...May God give courage to the parents during this period of sorrow.. May her soul rest in peace... more
