I agree fully. The judgement should be fast and clear. Appeal must be restricted to special cases only. For petty cases public courts involving services of local panel of people with clean back ground should be formed. Any members from this panel can here the case and give decisions. Time limit should be there for cases of different severity. For minor offence bail should be automatic after three days of detention. more

If the same type of minor cases are gathered, then the government can frame a article itself. Example rent being collected by the house owners. These minor cases need not take a days time because, even court cannot order for goodness of the clients unless evidence is provided. more

We must also recall the number of cases in the name of former chief justice and family members. Even they are being dragged. It's s case of pests growing in the insecticide itself. more

I Observed that the Chief Justices sworn in from the 2nd half of 2014 staging thoughtful Sharings in their Meetings and definitely the issue gone upto tears . These are the good signs signalled with NJAC issue . Now , it is the Executive and Judiciary to jointly think of the Constitutional Objects of India which already started with the Prime Minister through his shared Speeches abroad and , in the Country . more
