I am 78+ a known case of Diabetes & BP , both under control with medicines , HbA1C is 6.00 & Bp is 120/70/55
As I used to feel Breathlessness if walking fast I took TMT /Echo /ECG test .Due to some changes noticed in 2nd Stage of TMT , I was advised Angiography & the Catheter Angiography done from wriest it was revealed that I hd 95% , 90 % & 85 % Coronary Blockages & LVEF was 60%
I refused CABG but went for Noninvasive Treatment ie Medicines , 35 sittings of EECP , 20Infusions of Chelation EDTA& life style changes such regular walking for 40mins/day , Zero Oil Cooked food , No mil;k products except 200ml of Double toned total milk . My wt has reduced from 68KG to 62Kg & waist from 40"to 37"
The breathlessness problem as of now is not there but shall hv to be watched in winters
Now I wish to assess present status of Coronary Plaque /Blockages but neither by Catheter Angiography nor by Coronary CT Scan due to radiation .
I seek advise how can I still judge my present status of CAD though seems under control as nothing abnormal being experienced by Grace of God -Will TMT or some blood test help . My Hs RCP is 0.37 , Lipid profile( total Cholestrol is 77 ), Electrolytes & Vitamins are normal

Dear Dr Raja Ram Chandra , I am eagerly awaiting for learned advice of your Prof. Umesh Kumar Ji pl . May advise in the matter pl. Regards S.P.JAIN more
Dear Mr . Sohan Singh , Thanks . I know that LVEF 60% is more or less same as of a normal healthy person , inspite of the fact all three main coronary arteries supplying oxeynated blood to heart are blocked to the extent of 95-85% which shows either blockages interpretation is wrong or blood is being supplied by already activated collaterals . After Angio I hv taken 35 sittings of EECP & 20infusions of EDTA , so I wish to ascertain improvement in LVEF & blockages pl To ascertain I wish to repeat Stress TMT & ECHO as well some other tests like Homocysteine or Lipoproteins etc. if really of any use or Angiography other than ormal Catheter or CT Scan pl.& seeking guidance on these pl. I am looking anxiously to advice /guidance from Prof Umesh Kumar , refefred to by Dr Raja Chandra pl With best wishes S.P.JAIN more
LVEF 60% is good mean heart is working fine irrespective of blockage. more
