Dear Mr. Baid, sorry to answer your question out of the box. if you are a senior member, you must be in a position to answer some very critical questions to your HR head: 1. Will future of senior members is ensured by your esteemed company after they retire for Good? I would suggest to do your best and influence HR to have minimum payment of employer contribution and pension deduction for senior employees as well. I am not sure, if you can UAN number and your pension deductions are not happening for the tenure in your new organization, what is the policy of pension you would be entitled to after retirement. Your Hr may response with most foolish statement on earth: It is as per policy. well, its humans who create them and do apply minds when the create them and policies are modified by head and senior members should influence them. There are ways to keep CTC same and still deduct PF and give employer contribution. This will make your service data consistent and make it easy for senior members to get their pension. and of course, interests with its effects of compounding and tax free benefits are much better and safer than any investment more
