I am 49 years old . Since the younger & natural fitness days passed away , for the first time In the last two years have given the required care & attention to myself & the changes I brought to my life style have kept Diabetes & Hypertension at bay , considering I was 118kg 2 years back & 83 kg today...35 kg REDUCED IN 2 YEARS ......................................................... still a long way to go to be below 70kg.
My Mantra now is
1. Eat Less Than You Think You Need
(EAT.... Fruits / Sprouts / Vegetables / Dal / Milk / Chicken..... AVOID Roti / Rice / Oil / Sugar )
2. WALK AT LEAST 9/10 km EVERY DAY. more
