I am also having diabetic. Earlier the level went above 300. then I started regularly doing kapalabhatti PRANAYAM Exercise for 15-30 minutes daily, also started eating raw karela one every two days. along with gluconorm G2 TABLETS SUGGESTED BY MY DOCTOR I ALSO STARTED TAKING MADHUNASINI TABLET, AN AYURVEDIC PREPARATION AND WITHIN 2 MONTHS THE SUGAR LEVEL CAME DOWN TO AROUND 160. NOW THE SUGAR LEVEL IS BETWEEN 120 TO 140.

Dear Mr Iyer, You are doing extremely good to main your diabetes at this age. Adopt a habit of going for brisk walk daily along with Kapalbhati and exercise. Brisk walking is the final answer to treat diabetes. I would suggest the following herbal medicines to keep you in good shape: 1. Liv.52 (Himalaya) - One tablet twice a day after meal. 2. Madhunashini Vati (Patanjali) - Two tablets twice a day before meal. 3. Meshashringi (Himalaya) - One tablet twice a day after meal. 4.
