I am travelling by Mewar Express frequently by 3rd AC. My observations are ... there is some amount of improvement but health and hygiene is still missing. 1) Blankets are infected and a big health hazard. I doubt if they ever get dry-cleaned.
2) Bed-sheets and pillow covers are badly crumpled indicating they are not washed after each use but of course folded and put in a new paper envelope.
3) Toilets are wet and dirty (don't get cleaned during journey), water taps and flush points are either heavily leaking or absolutely dry.
4) Occupants of the Seats next to the door face nightmare because of frequent opening and closing of door which open with shriek sound and close with bang because of defective hydraulic door closure.
I wish railway authorities travel sometime as a normal individual and not as a VIP by this train and observe it themselves to address these issues more

As mentioned by Mr. Ashok Dhingra, hand towel is not provided and when asked stock reply is they are not supplied. In such a case they should officially declare that towels are not supplied. more

I HAVE ALREADY MADE COMPLAINTS IN THE RUNNING TRAIN ITSELF NUMBER OF TIMES, ALONG WITH ALL THE ABOVE PROBLEMS, THE PACKETS CONTAINING BED SHEETS ,IT IS MENTIONED THAT A HAND TOWEL IS ALSO INCLUDED, BUT MOST OF THE TIMES IT IS NOT THERE AND ON DEMAND THE REPLY FROM THE ATTENDANT IS - WE DO NOT GET A SUCH CANNOT PROVIDE, more
