It really upsets me to see filth and dirt lying all around my city ,my country
We are rightfully called third rate country

Littering is a crime in most countries known for their cleanliness⦠as regarded by most it starts with the community⦠In my opinion keeping the neighborhood clean is the responsibility of the people residing in that neighborhood. Ensuring the streets are swept and the garbage dumps are cleared daily is the municipalities job and ensuring that the municipality is performing its duties is again the responsibility of the people in the community⦠The problem is everyone is so busy trying to make a living and competing with the everyone in the system, no body is bothers to check if the civic authorities are doing their jobs well. A few that do notice don't want to get involved in a tiff with the authorities. more
