I find Lawyers are mostly worried about the money but less worried about the Clients matter & their requirements!
I found, its because they are not confident rather efficient on the matter of the Clients, mostly!
I have seen most of Lawyers starts his presentation low but I believe which should have been from the highest points of negativities!
What do you say? more

The doctrine of "100 culprits ... Scot free", procedure, and such other martters prevails. Noteworthy to qote an incident as example, wherein TWO policeman were brutally murdered in day light by a mob of 50/100 people. The culprits remain "Scot free/released" for lack of sufficient evidences. Does this mean there was NO CRIME at all. Yes there was crime BUT lacks the will and wish, so also the efforts to establish in the court of Law. There are N'number of similar incidents, every day we come across. There are Black Sheep's in every system, but the alarming situation is "If the Heard is full of Black ship" single / minority of the white ships has to sustain. To sum up the System required to be corrected to the effect. more
As is the king so are the subjects. The attitude and nature of the pleaders in India depend on the manner in which the judges show his integrity with the law. If the judges are good natured and ensures the welfare of his people, they will in turn be pleasant natured and also help others. Similar to this the quality of the pleader in a judiciary system is decided by the judges. Similarly the quality of a pleader is decided by the quality of the judges who holds the whole judiciary powers. So the behaviour of an advocate depends upon the judges. Most of the judges have become self centric employees what can we expect from a pleader. more
Exactly correct. The Judgments in 70s, 80s, and 90s prove . When the Executive started going anti Grossly Changed. more
let me put it in this way Sir, what you said can not be denied as the young lawyers who are rolling out of colleges are least interested in reading habit, further the quality of the teaching in their respective colleges is sorrily not up to mark. The seniors with whom they associate are also too money minded. One question that arises in our mind today is why there are no new M.C.Mehtas or Palkhiwalas coming out? Answer is that money earning has become prime requirement today. The following points are lacking in most of our Advocates today: 1. News paper reading on regular basis to update themselves regarding various environmental, Political, Business, Societal etc., issues 2. Reading of good books like biographies of successful lawyers etc., 3. Doing case study analysis. 4. Sorting out positive and negative points in the case so that strengths and weaknesses can be identified. 5. Court visits on regular basis. 6. Participating in panel discussions on various legal and political issues. 7. responding to the crucial societal issues. 8. Taking initiative in writing articles. 9. Doing research in the legal areas trying to provide some solutions to the extent possible. The above are only few to become not only a successful lawyer but also inspiring personality. more
Exactly true . The public interest concern and concept of Advocates in H.C. and S.C. if compared from that of the First Five Decades TO THE CARRY IN THE LATER PERIOD FROM ABOUT 1995 , really supports the finding of Sri Raghunadh Vedantam .
The S.C. in 70s , 80s, and 90s also had Suggested and Directed the Governments on public welfare issues concerning to general public and also proves as appropriate finding . more
While on the discussion, I would like to bring forth the latest issue of SC order in ban on crackers on the festivities in Dewali Season. It is the most ridiculous order: the SC says that those crackers which were purchased before the ban order can be fired. Then, the ban is only for the NCT of Delhi, but not the entire country - for reasons of safety of individuals, environment pollution, and unwanted display of wealth that could be used for better purposes eg healthcare, or, care of senior citizens. I have experienced the most obnoxious order of National Commission (NCDRC) in a case against chemists' trade in India for over charging in the name of Local Taxes Extra without mentioning in the cash memo. The presiding Member of the NC, when requested for an early hearing, he says, rather said in the order, ................... I will be completing my this posting later as I am called urgently for another case. more
Yes Mr Mathur sir, you are very correct, I believe and my this post matter also to highlight the same concerns by which such ridiculous orders are being coming out and abused!
I strongly believe that if the Lawyers can make their presentations with high profile and with highest concerns of possibilities and perceptions then it becomes just impossible for a Judge to pass such Orders!
But to perform such mode of professionalism a lawyer must be possess that quality and dignity!
and must leave prosaic attitude of the lawyers profession! more
These are the daring statements considering in general, on the background of "Col. Jadhav" &/or in case of "Kasab" where the Money was not the point but the complicity of the matter. It is up to the Client to select his lawyer of his choice, usually motivated by some of the close friend/person. Like that of other professions, there are also some black ships but only on that basis judging the entire Judiciary and Law faculty is NOT CORRECT. Many of the verdicts including the Right of Freedom, personal Secrecy, Tripal Talak etc and so many are the outcome of the good pleading and acceptance of the plea by the Hon'ble Judges. The practical approach of the implementation and development of Law is only possible due to good lawyer's only. This fact can't be denied. more
as rightly said most of advocates they are not even qualified to handle the case but in the interest ot cheating the client they take and drag the case the profession which was considered as noble profession has gone to dogs sorry to use this word out anguish i am saying because i myself is qualified lawyer but because of unethical practice i donot step in to any court i need justice for my case otherwise i would like to take this profession misconduct in wikileaks and also international platform to expose how unsafe to do busniess in india and also investment in india would be proved more
